Controller and purpose
The future data controller’s full identity will be added before the form is enabled. Form data will be processed solely to understand and respond to an enquiry.
Data and legal basis
Name, email, optional phone number and project details are submitted with your consent. Required fields are identified.
Retention and recipients
A definitive retention policy will be published before activation. Data will be accessible only to project staff and the technical provider required for email delivery. It will not be sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
You will be able to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or withdrawal of consent through the official contact address published when the form is enabled. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and third parties
The site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tool. OpenStreetMap and the Giraffe360 tour load only after your explicit action and are then governed by their respective third-party policies.
Security
The form is protected by server-side validation, rate limiting, a honeypot field and timing checks. Delivery credentials remain outside both source code and browser.
